Within the hour we will endeavour to complete your Advance Care Directive, covering three parts: Health & End-Of-Life Wishes, Funeral & Body Disposal, Legal & Important Documentation.
Advance Care Directive: $150/1 hr + initial free 15-minute phone consultation.
Discussion will include, but not limited to:
Choice of: Medical Treatment Decision Maker, Voluntary Assisted Dying, life support and organ and body donation.
Body care: engaging a death doula, gender handling preferences.
Ceremony options: family-led, religious, humanist, none.
Vessel options: Shroud, coffin or urn, bio-degradable options.
Body Disposal: Cremation or burial, and alternative body disposition methods.
Resting Place: cemetery, location for scattering ashes, natural burial site, memorial markers.
Notification: financial concerns, immediate people/professionals and service providers to notify.
